Andrew Berk - Solicitor
Andrew Berk specialises in Civil Litigation and Employment Law, acting both for private individuals and companies in their capacity as both Employees and Employers.
Andrew studied law at Essex University and then completed his Master's degree at Kiel University in Germany. He qualified as a Solicitor in London in 2002. He joined RWP in August 2009 having previously worked for a law firm in Basingstoke. Andrew lives locally and grew up in Reading.
Andrew is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a keen legal writer and has had numerous articles published. He is currently a regular contributor to the Law section of Lloyd's List as well as ela Briefing. Andrew speaks French and German.
Away from work, Andrew enjoys going to the cinema and theatre and travelling. He goes to the gym regularly and plays football and badminton.
